Conference fee includes: participation in all conference activities, conference materials, coffee/beverages and snacks during the coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Drink, hotel dinner on the Day I, visit and dinner at Guido mine on the Day 2, and technical tour.
Conference fee does not include the accommodation, which must be paid separately to the selected hotel.

The special price for Minefill2020 participants is offered by the Novotel Katowice Centrum Hotel only from 19. April to 24 April 2020. At the moment there is an enough number of rooms made available by the Hotel for all participants of the Conference. Late booking may result in the run out of the offer.

The conference fee will be not refundable in the case of cancellation made after 20 March, 2020.
